We provide the full management service and deal directly with the tenants, so you never have to. The service itself costs you nothing.

Rent that never misses a month
No arrears, no void periods. Under the scheme we pay your rent for the entire lease, whatever the situation inside the property.
Guaranteed vacant possession
When the lease ends and you want your property back, we take responsibility for re-housing the tenants and return it to you empty.
One simple fee. Nothing else.
A single administration fee of £150 when your lease begins covers placing the property on the scheme, with the same fee again only if you renew. No management fees, no hidden charges, no percentage of your rent.
Preparing your property
Getting started is straightforward. Here is what we need from you, and what is worth arranging before you let.
What we need to get started
- Gas Safe certificate, renewed annually
- NICEIC electrical safety certificate, renewed as stated on the certificate
- Buildings insurance certificate covering temporary housing accommodation
- TR1 or Land Registry form confirming ownership
- Proof of planning permission for converted flats and extensions
- Three full sets of keys, including windows, doors and letter boxes
Worth arranging before you let
- Consents from your mortgage lender or freeholder to let the property
- Mail redirection arranged with the Post Office
- Cleaning: the property and any garden clean and tidy for handover
- Furnishings in place as agreed, with the correct fire safety labels
- Fire safety: mains-wired smoke alarms fitted
- Insurance: tell your insurer the property is let, or a claim may be refused
